How are ingredients loaded?
Use the filling funnel, then identify the contents of each station in the app.
Does it refrigerate ingredients?
No. It is insulated. Start with chilled ingredients and follow their storage guidance.
Should carbonated mixers go in the machine?
Add soda directly to the glass to preserve fizz.
Which liquids should I avoid?
Avoid highly viscous liquids and juices with a heavy concentration of seeds or pulp.
How is it cleaned?
Use the app’s Station Cleaning process, following the current manual for rinsing and cleaning solution.
How do warranty and returns work?
Barsys 360 includes a 1-year replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. Normal use does not void this coverage; damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper handling is excluded. Voluntary change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged, complete products in their original packaging. You pay ordinary return shipping. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Read the returns and warranty policy.
