How do warranty and returns work?
Coaster 2.0 includes a 1-year replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. Normal use does not void this coverage; damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper handling is excluded. Voluntary change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged, complete products in their original packaging. You pay ordinary return shipping. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Read the returns and warranty policy.
